Study after study show that sleep, a well-balanced diet, a focus on mindfulness and effective work-life balance are imperative for a healthy lifestyle. But, who has time to take all of those steps? Who turns stops checking email at 5pm when they leave the office? Who among us hasn’t opted for frozen chicken tenders instead of a veggie and salmon stir-fry?

Often, the reality of life can get in the way of our best intentions. However, there are some simple tips and tricks you can implement to make your lifestyle a little bit healthier.
